ACLU of Nebraska Launches Website To Empower Transgender Nebraskans
Today the ACLU of Nebraska launched a first of its kind website, transNebraska.org, to empower transgender and gender nonconforming Nebraskans to know and understand their rights.

Today the ACLU of Nebraska won a lawsuit in federal court on behalf of their clients Paul Gillpatrick and Niccole Wetherell who are Nebraskans incarcerated in state correctional facilities. The Plaintiffs have been engaged since 2012.
