Fortune Telling is Free Speech, ACLU Warns Scottsbluff
A city ordinance prohibiting fortune-telling and clairvoyance violates the First Amendment. ACLU has warned the city they must stop enforcing the ordinance and requested the city council to repeal the law outright. Read our letter to the city below.
